Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Amark Intelligence Systems and Technology Private Limited, G-32, Lajpat Nagar Part-2, New Delhi 110024, India ("we", "us"), for using PrepVerse Live on the web (www.pvlive.in) and in the phone app. By creating an account you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. What PrepVerse Live is
PrepVerse Live is an agentic AI system for exam preparation (UPSC first). Several AI agents work together behind Neurix, the agent you talk to, to answer doubts, make notes and quizzes, check answers, plan your study and help you with chats. It is also a platform where tutors, mentors and other providers can offer their services (rolling out in stages).
2. Your account
- One account (Amark ID) per person. Keep your sign-in email and devices safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's consent, and they agree to these terms on your behalf.
- Give true details. You can change your name, username and settings at any time.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account.
3. AI answers: use them wisely
- Neurix and other agents generate content with AI. Their work carries the Neurix mark. No claim is shown as fact unless it is backed by a source, and Neurix says when it is not sure — but AI can still be wrong. Check important facts against official sources (for example upsc.gov.in) before relying on them.
- AI answers are study help, not legal, medical, financial or career advice, and not a promise of any exam result or rank.
- Agents only do sensitive things — spend credits or money, message other people, share your data, book a service, post publicly — after showing you exactly what will happen and getting your OK.
4. Credits and plans
- Everyday Neurix help is free. Heavier work (premium models, deep thinking, voice) uses usage credits shown before you spend them.
- Credits and Amark Drive space come with your plan. Unused credits end when the account is deleted and have no cash value.
- Paid plans and payments, when offered, are billed in Indian rupees with GST invoices.
5. Your content
- What you upload or write (notes, answers, messages, files) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PrepVerse Live for you and the people you share it with.
- Only upload material you have the right to use. Don't upload other people's copyrighted books or paid course material.
- Your content is used to train models only if you turn on "Help improve Neurix", and only after your name and details are removed. Never for under-18s.
6. Things you must not do
- Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, or share sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Post hate speech, illegal content, or content that breaks someone's privacy or copyright.
- Leak, buy or sell exam papers, or use PrepVerse Live to cheat in any exam.
- Spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or try to break into the service, or try to make the AI reveal other people's data.
- Use AI to create deepfakes or misleading content about real people.
You can block or report anyone in a chat. We review reports and may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires.
7. Service changes and availability
PrepVerse Live is new and changes often. Features may be added, changed or labelled "coming soon". We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
